Prompt Engineering & Testing Developer (Intern/Working Student) - Remote

Overview

MANAGBL AI develops AI customer service assistants for the real estate industry. Our AI handles calls, processes requests in real-time, and relieves employees – around the clock.

We work at the intersection of Conversational AI, Testing, and Prompt Engineering. Our tech stack includes Python, OpenAI, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Freeswitch, and AWS.

We are looking for a curious and committed individual who is engaged with AI-supported call processing and Testing to support the quality assurance of our voice and chatbot systems.

In Short

• Development and optimization of prompt structures for our voice and chatbots.
• Testing of conversational AI flows and documentation of errors.
• Analysis of user interactions and improvement of conversation quality.
• Experimenting with various models and parameters to increase precision.
• Creation of test cases for our conversational AI.
• Conducting regression tests on new features.
• Documentation of test procedures and results.
• Support in the integration of AI modules into existing systems.
• Collaboration with developers to ensure the stability of AI systems.
• Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of AI components.

Requirements

• Studies in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar.
• Interest in Conversational AI and Prompt Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Python and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Rasa).
• Initial experience with test automation and quality assurance.
• Structured and analytical working style.
• Very good German and English language skills.
