Frontend Developer (m/f/d) Focused on Conversational AI & UX - Remote

Overview

MANAGBL AI develops AI customer service assistants for the real estate industry. Our AI handles calls, processes inquiries in real-time, and relieves employees – around the clock.

In Short

• Design natural, helpful dialogues for voice and chatbots.
• Define roles, tone, and linguistic UX (voice, pace, response behavior).
• Create and maintain modular prompt structures for various use cases.
• Analyze real user interactions to optimize AI behavior.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for our web app from configuration to analytics.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (Figma or similar).
• Implement UI/UX designs in our web app using React.
• Integrate backend APIs and real-time components.
• Work with MongoDB to manage user flows, conversations, and configurations.
• Contribute to the design system based on Tailwind CSS.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design and frontend development.
• Very good knowledge of React and good knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Good sense of language, user guidance, and digital communication.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Storybook, or similar UI toolchains.
• Interest or experience in Conversational AI / Prompt Engineering.
• Very good German language skills (our AI speaks German).
