Overview

As an HR & Admin Intern, you’ll support the HR and operations team in day-to-day tasks, helping us stay organized, efficient, and people-focused in a dynamic startup environment.

In Short

  • Support the onboarding process and prepare welcome materials.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts and policy templates.
  • Manage calendars and schedule HR-related meetings.
  • Support internal communications and draft announcements.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies and benefits.
  • Assist in data entry and reporting tasks.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
