• Serve as the main contact for listing and buyer’s agents.
• Assist partners in purchasing and listing homes.
• Represent Mainstay Brokerage to institutional partners.
• Manage communications with title and escrow partners.
• Ensure compliance for brokerage transactions.
• Schedule inspections for partners.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes.
• Grow real estate knowledge by getting licensed in new markets.

Requirements

• Active real estate license in GA, NC & FL.
• Experience in residential real estate transactions.
• 1+ years of real estate experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills: Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends.
