IT Support Lead - Remote

Overview

Mainstay is seeking an IT Support Lead to manage and improve the day-to-day IT operations that keep our team productive and secure.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Maintain core IT systems and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Create and maintain internal documentation for efficient support.
• Collaborate with teams on onboarding workflows and security protocols.
• Continuously improve IT processes and proactively resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including system administration and SaaS management.
• Hands-on experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager.
• Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of issues independently.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
