Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 2+ years of executive assistant experience with focus on operations
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in business software and tools
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication abilities

Benefits

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.
• Rate starts at $5 per hour
• Payment is made via Deel
• Candidate must have a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
