Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
• Paralegal certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 1 year in legal environment
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
• Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following: Legal document management, Court filing procedures, Legal calendar management, Compliance tracking, Legal research support, Confidentiality management, Billing coordination

Benefits

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.
• Rate starts at $5 per hour
• Payment is made via Deel
• Candidate must have a WFH Set-Up including a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up, internet speed of at least 40MBPS, headset with noise cancellation, webcam, back-up computer and internet connection, and a quiet workspace at home.
