Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Digital Commerce or related field OR equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in eCommerce, retail, or related field
• Familiarity with digital marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Multi-tasking abilities and good time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.
• Rate starts at $5 per hour
• Payment is made via Deel
• Candidate must have a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
