Event Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position exists to provide comprehensive support for event marketing and coordination, ensuring seamless integration between event management systems, marketing channels, and venue operations.

In Short

• Synchronize event calendars across Tripleseat, Google Calendar, and venue systems
• Update calendars with time changes and special event links
• Assist with online ticketing for special events
• Maintain event information on websites and ticketing platforms
• Organize event photos into appropriate folders
• Confirm rental delivery schedules through remote access systems
• Assist with gathering data and reports from Smart Tab
• Maintain Tripleseat organization and overall system maintenance
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive problem-solving when scheduling conflicts arise

Requirements

• Experience with event management software (Tripleseat or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with calendar management across multiple systems
• Background in event coordination or marketing support
• Proficiency with digital file organization and management
• Attention to detail for proofreading and content accuracy
