Overview

The Classic Ops Project Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and optimizing Magic's operational projects, focusing on the Magic 24-7 initiative. You'll be the driving force behind project execution, coordinating across departments to ensure deliverables are met and processes are streamlined.

• Track and manage project deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Update and maintain Notion pages for accurate project status tracking
• Coordinate with various departments (Quality, Engineering, Product) to ensure alignment
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up with stakeholders on deliverables and requests
• Develop initiatives to improve user experience
• Manage and analyze project data (30% spreadsheet work)
• Generate reports on project progress and outcomes
• Identify and engage users for product feedback
• Use data insights to drive decision-making

Requirements

• Proven project management experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Notion and Google Suite (intermediate level)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with project tracking tools and systems
• Familiarity with Messenger and Workspace (highly desired)
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• WFH setup: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up, internet speed of at least 40MBPS, and a quiet workspace
