The Client Success Coach is responsible for coaching a team of assistants handling client accounts, improving performance, and serving as the primary point of contact for quality concerns.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a remote work environment.
At least 1 year of experience in account management or client services.
Proficiency in new software platforms and performance management strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and establish priorities.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
Leadership qualities to manage a team of virtual assistants.
