Overview

The Client Success Coach is responsible for coaching a team of assistants handling client accounts, improving performance, and serving as the primary point of contact for quality concerns.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with team members through weekly coaching sessions.
  • Facilitate client-assistant onboarding and address client needs.
  • Monitor assistant performance and ensure it meets client standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for client-related concerns.
  • Achieve target KPIs for team performance.
  • Minimize turnover and improve team engagement.
  • Provide feedback and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Work in a fully remote environment with flexible hours.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a remote work environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or client services.
  • Proficiency in new software platforms and performance management strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and establish priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
  • Leadership qualities to manage a team of virtual assistants.
  • Passion for coaching and improving team member performance.
  • Dependability and a proactive mindset.
  • Effective written communication skills in remote work settings.

Benefits

  • Full-Time Freelancer position with flexible work-from-home setup.
  • Working hours are Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 7 AM PHT.
  • Compensation is $5 per hour.
