Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical leadership and engineering management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python, Spark, SQL, and Airflow.
• Experience in pipeline architecture and mentoring junior engineers.
• Understanding of distributed data processing and performance tuning.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly.
• Experience leading small teams and driving change.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on product value.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and strategic thinking.
