Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Senior QA Analyst at M3 Global Research, an M3 company.

• Manage daily QA activity related to work submitted by the Engineering Team.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure product quality.
• Communicate quality standards to QA and development teams.
• Coordinate product testing processes.
• Identify and analyze issues, bugs, and defects.
• Review client and user feedback.
• Work with management to communicate releases.
• Utilize AI-assisted testing tools.
• Work with test automation frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of QA/testing automation experience.
• Experience with business software systems.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
