Procurement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Procurement Manager at M3 USA will be responsible for managing purchasing needs, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to support the company's growth in healthcare innovation.

In Short

• Meet with department heads to understand purchasing needs
• Research and purchase supplies/vendors
• Manage supplier relationships
• Establish and update payables & PO processes
• Balance department budgets
• Analyze data for reports on spending and savings
• Coordinate implementation plans for new programs
• Train new employees on the PO System
• Oversee the AP department
• Negotiate and review contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement experience
• Understanding of procurement processes
• Experience with Accounts Payable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong math and communication skills
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Procurify preferred
• Experience with International Payments
