Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to learn and utilize new software and technology.
• Experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred.
