Overview

The Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for optimising the utilisation and performance of the Med Planet panel, ensuring Quantitative and Qualitative projects are delivered within the provided budget and timelines.

In Short

• Design and execute multichannel recruitment methodologies.
• Attend project-related meetings and share notes.
• Call, schedule, confirm and rescreen respondents.
• Ensure confirmation letters and consent forms are sent.
• Achieve daily call targets.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timelines are met.
• Analyse recruitment tactics for improvement.
• Provide professional support to respondents.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
• Manage enquiries and complaints from respondents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare Market Research recruitment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic math skills for calculating rates.
• Interest or experience in the healthcare space.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
