Qualitative Project Manager (Remote) EU Hours

Overview

The Qualitative Project Manager will oversee qualitative projects from start to finish, managing client relationships and ensuring project specifications are met while working within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

In Short

• Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for various qualitative research methods.
• Setup and test surveys/screeners while monitoring statistics.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings to align all parties on project specifics.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status to clients.
• Identify potential fielding concerns and partner with teams to address them.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international vendors.
• Monitor project costs to ensure profitability.
• Guide and mentor the Market Research Project Management team.
• Work autonomously and within a team to meet objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with qualitative methodology preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
