Qualitative Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager - Qualitative is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple studies, both domestic and international, with a focus on qualitative research. The PM will actively and directly manage all aspects of each project, to ensure successful project completion, on time and within budget, while meeting and exceeding client expectations.

In Short

• Manage qualitative projects through entire project life cycle.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming of respondents.
• Setup and testing of survey/screener.
• Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status.
• Identify potential fielding concerns proactively.
• Manage relationships with vendors for timely deliverables.
• Monitor project costs affecting the budget.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in Market Research.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Willingness to attain MRA Professional Researcher Certification.
