Overview

M1 Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Operations Associate to manage daily trading operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support trading-related activities.

In Short

Monitor and manage daily trading activities.
Reconcile balances against internal systems and broker reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze trading data to identify trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Serve as the primary contact for trading-related inquiries.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize technical skills in Excel and trading platforms.
Communicate complex issues clearly.
Problem-solve effectively under pressure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in trading operations.
Strong understanding of financial markets.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with trading platforms.
Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Series 7, 24 and/or 57 preferred.
