Overview

The Reporting, Data & Analytics Supervisor is responsible for designing and building automated HR information reporting solutions, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business requirements.

• Design and build automated HR reporting solutions.
• Identify and create data analysis approaches and methodologies.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of database design principles.
• Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL and Python for report generation.
• Ability to create presentations for executive leadership.
• Advanced conversational English level.
• Knowledge of Workday HR system is preferred.
