Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Production, or equivalent
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Analytical mindset with ability to propose solutions
• Curiosity about precision machining and quality management
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Ability to collaborate with various teams
• Understanding of quality indicators and their calculations
• Willingness to learn about industrial processes
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus
