In Short

• Assess employers’ organizational needs and analyze their workforce challenges related to occupational stressors.
• Design responsive solutions to improve employee well-being, productivity, and engagement.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle of a consultation project.
• Design surveys and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
• Lead, develop, and present proposals for business development activities.
• Independently curate high-quality source material for educational content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience.
• Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety and Psychosocial Risk Management.
• Entrepreneurial approach and self-starter.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal/team skills, high emotional intelligence.
• Team player dedicated to incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with corporate webinar platforms like Zoom and Teams.
