Overview

The Critical Incident Consultant at Lyra Health serves as the first point of contact for custodians requiring critical incident support, engaging with global partners and ensuring effective service delivery.

In Short

• Provide first point of contact for critical incident support.
• Engage with global subsidiaries for CI support review.
• Accurately capture information for clinical management.
• Request and manage CI costing from global partners.
• Provide onsite and/or virtual CI support in Australia.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for effective CI services.
• Create client protocols and documentation with Client Services.

Requirements

• Master's qualification as a Psychologist/Counsellor or equivalent.
• Registration with relevant psychological/counselling board.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with trauma and critical incidents.
• Excellent understanding of trauma and disruptive events.
