Critical Incident Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Critical Incident Consultant at Lyra Health will be responsible for managing critical incidents and ensuring effective support for clients in Canada.

In Short

• Provide first point of contact for critical incident support.
• Engage with global subsidiaries and partners for CI support.
• Accurately capture information related to clinical management.
• Manage CI costing and provide quotes to customers.
• Provide onsite and virtual CI support in Canada.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for effective service delivery.
• Create client protocols and documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s qualification as a Psychologist/Counselor or equivalent.
• Registration with psychological/counseling board in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in trauma and critical incidents.
• Excellent understanding of trauma theories and paradigms.
• Ability to merge clinical and critical incident focus.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Good telephone manner for telephonic therapy.
• Good clinical understanding of managing critical incidents.
• Strong time management and administrative skills.
• Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
