Lyra Health is seeking a passionate Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) to join their clinical team, focusing on whole-person and whole-family mental health care.

In Short

• Full-time position reporting to the Clinical Director.
• Practice evidence-based techniques to help members achieve their goals.
• Facilitate group sessions.
• Document services in the proprietary EMR system.
• Participate in team meetings and case presentations.
• Collaborate with team members on cases.
• Staff cases weekly with the Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Registration as an Associate in social work/provisional licensure.
• Experience in group training or facilitation.
• Experience in medical social work settings.
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient therapeutic programs.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth.
• Experience working with pediatrics and families.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Emotional intelligence and empathy.
