The Director of Experienced Hire & Campus Recruiting will lead the talent acquisition strategy for experienced professionals and campus hires at Lynx Software Technologies, focusing on mission-critical embedded systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related fields (preferred).
• 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Strong project management and change management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense industry.
