Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with a strong background in core general ledger accounting operations and a proficient working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition & Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

In Short

• Maintain the integrity of the GL by preparing and reviewing journal entries.
• Lead various aspects of the monthly close process.
• Oversee the AP processes and vendor payments.
• Assist with proper revenue recognition for subscription-based contracts.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Identify inefficiencies in core GL processes and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting and/or SaaS accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
