• Exceptional organization & communication skills.
• Expert SQL; strong with modeling and BI.
• GTM fluency across Sales/Success/Marketing metrics.
• Product mindset for internal tools.
• Comfortable with Python for analysis/automation.
• Experience driving data governance.
