  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large client portfolio.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
  • Experience in marketing and customer success roles.
  • Ability to leverage tools and tech stack effectively.
  • Strategic thinking for long-term customer engagement.
  • Experience in data analytics to drive customer behavior.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
