In Short

• Hiring a full-time Director of Treasury Services.
• Supervise daily operations of substance use services in a Residential Rehabilitation Program.
• Provide direct supervision to Counselor and Case Aide staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding entities.
• Ensure productivity, census, and outcome measures are met.
• Position is 5 days a week; 3 remote, 2 hybrid.
• Remote work on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
• Hybrid work on Tuesday and Thursday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Master’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in Financial Management required.
• Background check clearance required.
• Experience in managing corporate insurance programs required.
• Excellent accounting analysis and report writing capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial modeling skills.
• Computer proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Ability to analyze data and summarize results for decision making.
