• Lead the enterprise-wide risk management framework.
• Shape and maintain Luminor's Risk Policy and Risk Appetite Framework.
• Act as a second line function for solvency and business model risks.
• Support senior executives with risk insights for decision making.
• Oversee Recovery & Resolution Planning and governance.
• Manage and develop the risk management team.
• Enhance internal frameworks for effective oversight.
• Work in a flexible environment with international teams.

Requirements

• Understanding of ERM frameworks, ICAAP, and Recovery Planning.
• Knowledge of bank products, processes, and associated risks.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Coaching and people development skills.
• Cross-functional cooperation abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Project management focused mindset.
• Business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
