In Short

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of area-owned applications.
• Lead incident response and resolution within defined SLOs.
• Proactively monitor application health and logs.
• Build and maintain observability tooling using the Grafana stack.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash and Python scripting.
• Manage and improve infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Maintain and enhance GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT application support or SRE.
• Strong analytical skills and service mindset.
• Experience supporting applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of GitLab pipelines.
• Practical AWS knowledge.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
