As a Product Owner, you will work with the Lead Product Owner, Nika Lomidze, for our Digital Channels and help him deliver our two most visible products: the Mobile App and the Corporate Internet Bank. We are in a massive phase of migration and creation. We are moving from legacy systems to a modern, state-of-the-art digital experience. The stakes are high, the deadlines are tight, and the impact is huge.

In Short

• Own the Delivery: Work directly with Lead PO to execute the roadmap for the Mobile App OR Web platform.
• Master the Ceremonies: Facilitate Standups, Refinements, Planning, and Reviews.
• Prioritize Ruthlessly: Manage the backlog to ensure the team is working on the highest-value items.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business needs into clear, technical user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Digital Channels.
• A track record of shipping products and managing releases.
• Agile Fluency: Experience running Scrum/Kanban teams effectively.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
