In Short

• Act as an end-to-end product owner for Custody products.
• Manage product and related system updates and feature enhancements.
• Define needed systems and processes for Custody products.
• Implement changes from regulations and market practices.
• Design efficient internal processes and prepare regulations.
• Create educational materials and conduct sessions for teams.
• Provide ongoing support for stakeholders.
• Work in an Agile way ensuring delivery and understanding of priorities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of securities settlement and custodian services.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
• Higher degree in IT, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Ability to present complex content to various stakeholders.
• Participated in IT project implementation as product owner.
• Knowledge of banking business in Baltic countries.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
