In Short

• Support the Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams.
• Ensure CRM data compliance with Rules of Engagement.
• Manage existing processes and workload.
• Work cross-functionally to improve and automate tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Daily audits and reviews of opportunity and account data.
• Proactive communication with sales reps.
• Creative problem solving for inefficiencies.
• Implement solutions to optimize user experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, IS, Marketing, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to identify problems and propose data-driven solutions.
• Resourceful and innovative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in Excel.
• Experience in operations role or SaaS company is a plus.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
