Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or medical office experience required.
• Familiarity with medical and health insurance terminology preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must have PC skills including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to actively listen and effectively understand customer issues.
• Must successfully complete Customer Service training.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
