Remote Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel to manage end-to-end accounting processes and prepare financial statements while working remotely.

In Short

• Permanent remote position with full-time hours.
• Graveyard shift with at least 2 years of graveyard experience required.
• Salary range of 50,000 - 65,000 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a high-quality noise-canceling headset.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection with backup.
