Agent Manager - Remote

Overview

This is an opportunity to be an early joiner of Lorikeet’s implementation team: you will be part of a SWAT team dedicated to driving Lorikeet’s growth by working directly with our customers. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and AI guide—helping customers successfully adopt and integrate Lorikeet’s platform into their business.

In Short

• Act as a trusted AI advisor for Lorikeet’s customer base
• Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment
• Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure Lorikeet’s tools to fit their needs
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support
• Collaborate with our product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and influence product strategy
• Guide customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Solve integration challenges in creative and effective ways
• Enjoy diving into customer challenges and configuring AI tools
• Shape how we work with customers as an early team member
• Influence our overall approach to customer success

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field
• Strong project leader — organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders
• Excellent communicator — able to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
• Enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions to challenges
• Excited about AI and already experimenting with it
• Technical curiosity and enjoy learning new tools
