Overview

Loopio is looking for a curious and collaborative Senior Frontend Software Developer to join our talented team. This role focuses on structuring and improving website usability and owns our internal React-based design system.

• Maintain and evolve our component library and design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with React.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience designing scalable UI architectures.
• Strong grasp of user-centred design and visual design principles.
• Experience with design systems (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience with TypeScript, Figma, and component-driven development is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end testing practices.
• Collaborative mindset to work with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring developers through code reviews or coaching.
• Exposure to Agile workflows.
