Overview

The Reverse Mortgage Team Lead will assist the Processing Manager & Supervisor in training and coaching Processors while ensuring high-quality processing of loan files.

In Short

• Lead a team of up to 10 Processors
• Train & Coach New Hires
• Assist Processors with daily pipeline management
• Process applications for submission to underwriting
• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, and title companies
• Upload file documentation into LOS
• Clear loan conditions with applicants
• Analyze credit and asset documents
• Maintain confidentiality of client files
• Demonstrate professional behavior under pressure

Requirements

• Previous reverse mortgage processing experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• High energy and self-motivation
