Overview

The HELOC Loan Officer Specialist assists customers with their home equity line of credit applications, providing support via inbound and outbound calls to ensure a smooth application process.

In Short

• Assist customers with HELOC applications.
• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls.
• Follow up on applications to move customers to funded loans.
• Manage a pipeline of loans and update CRM.
• Provide product information and solve technical challenges.
• Make over 100 dials per day.
• Meet defined production metrics.
• Transfer non-qualified customers to appropriate teams.
• Training conducted in Houston office.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Requirements

• Valid MLO license.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• Background in sales, particularly in phone transactions.
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry and products.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Organized and performance-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
