Marketing Operations Manager – Student Recruitment - Remote

In Short

• Manage the full student recruitment funnel from lead generation to enrolment
• Collect, manage, and maintain student leads from digital, offline, and partner channels
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the student journey
• Drive lead-to-enrolment conversion through structured processes and monitoring
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrolments in CRM systems
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinate seminars, events, outreach programs, and promotional activities
• Work closely with internal marketing teams to optimise content, ads, and messaging
• Coordinate with education agents and internal counsellors to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor agent and counsellor performance against enrolment targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or management roles
• Proven experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or admissions operations
• Strong understanding of UK and/or international education systems and admission processes
• Experience managing leads, recruitment funnels, and conversion performance
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and KPI tracking
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field
