Requirements

• Current Montana RN License or multi-state compact license.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Social Work.
• Minimum five years of acute care hospital experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid UM regulations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Strong computer literacy and analytical thinking.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in inpatient utilization review is a plus.
