• Auditing professional services and assigning ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes.
• Requires at least five years of coding and billing experience.
• Prior coding auditor experience is a plus.

• Pay ranges from $23.21 to $34.68 per hour.
• Involves tracking, reporting, and reimbursement tasks.
• Collaborates with coders, practice managers, and providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years coding and billing experience.
• Associate’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of coding guidelines required.
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
