Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred Associate’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education.
• At least 1 year of experience in early childhood education preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to assist with administrative tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
