Overview

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations to lead our consulting and auditing services for clinical laboratory and pathology practices. In this leadership role, you will provide expert guidance and operational support to our clients looking to optimize and enhance their revenue cycle processes.

In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of customized RCM strategies for clinical laboratories and pathology practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current RCM processes.
• Work directly with client teams to define goals and develop strategies.
• Provide recommendations on billing policies and workflows.
• Consult on Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) integration.
• Manage and mentor a team of RCM consultants.
• Oversee training and professional development of the team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client progress.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing leadership or consulting experience.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
