Overview

LMG Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client, a digital agency providing web design, development, and CRO services to ecommerce brands on the Shopify platform. They’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Shopify clients.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Shopify clients.
• Manage communication and task delegation.
• Provide project management and technical support.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing site improvements.
• This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week).
• Goal to transition to full-time within 2–4 months.

Requirements

• Experience in account management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Shopify platform.
