Requirements

• Based in or willing to travel to rural areas.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Proven experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep interest in regenerative agriculture and sustainability.
• Strong communication, organization, and self-management skills.
• Independently driven.
• Willingness to run and grow a team.
