Overview

Lively is looking for a Member Support Associate to join our team! This role focuses on providing top-notch customer service to our users, ensuring they have a positive experience when seeking assistance.

In Short

  • Remote-first position based in the USA.
  • Help customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM MT, Monday - Friday.
  • Provide accurate and timely support to users.
  • Problem-solve and simplify complex tasks related to Lively products.
  • Generate bug reports and manage data reconciliation in Jira.
  • Must have wired internet access.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to high customer volume.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Bonus points for proficiency in Spanish.

  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Passionate about helping customers.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Team-oriented and respectful attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
