Overview

In 2025, LiveAboard.com launched its newest vertical, expanding into the River Cruise market. To support us in this new adventure, we are looking for someone to join our team who has experience in the River Cruise industry. As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist guests in planning and organising their trip across our existing Dive and Cruise destinations, bringing new experience into the team with River cruise expertise.

In Short

  • Assist guests in their journey to find, book and plan their perfect trip.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and partners.
  • Provide important information to guests and partners.
  • Utilise problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in the order process.
  • Work independently as a remote team member.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests and partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the River Cruise industry is a must.
  • Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends.
